From unique concept to realised venture
A fictional example to show how a venture partnership works in practice. Not every entrepreneur has the capital to realise their idea. Apex Ethica connects craftsmanship, capital and entrepreneurship.

The idea
A Dutch designer has a fully developed concept for circular children's furniture made from regional, reusable materials. The design, production method and target audience are defined. What is missing is capital to set up the first production line.

The match
The designer approaches Apex Ethica. We assess the concept, the market, the numbers and the person behind the idea. We then connect with an investor from our network who has affinity with sustainable entrepreneurship and is looking for a tangible project.

The structure
We structure an interest-free venture partnership based on own equity. The investor contributes capital, the designer brings expertise and execution, and Apex Ethica guides the trajectory. Governance, profit-sharing and exit terms are agreed clearly in advance.

The realisation
Within the first year the production line is set up and the first collection is launched. Apex Ethica stays involved for strategic guidance, periodic reporting and scaling the venture. Results are shared pro rata.
